Since our formal partnering with Crane White & Associates in July 2002, our oil and gas auditing projects have included:

• Consultant for the first reconciliation and administrator’s report of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative in Liberia.
• Consultant for the first reconciliation and report of the Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative in Mongolia
• Auditing Expert for ADB project in Cambodia, TA CAM4835, Preparing the Financial Sector Development Program.
• Quality assurance review of audits performed by the Victorian Auditor General’s Office covering both audits carried out by their own personnel and audits carried out by contracted audit firms.
• Review of Financial Reports for compliance with AASB / Corporations Law as part of a review of all Australian ASX listed entities
• Consulting to a department of the State Government of Victorian re compulsory land acquisitions for new road development schemes and resolving issues in regard to compensation for businesses affected by such acquisitions, including acting as an expert witness in dispute settlement procedures.
• Consulting to the Australian subsidiaries of a large US manufacturing group on the introduction of IFRS
• Consulting to the Board & CEO of Energex, a large oil trading organization on the restructuring of their finance and accounting functions.
• Preparation of experts report including extensive financial modeling, in relation to claim by a major Louisiana tourist attraction in respect of the impact of Legionnaires on the operations and valuation of the business to support legal proceedings for damages.
• Quality Assurance Review of audits conducted by the Victorian Auditor General of audits.
• Review of financial reports of ASX listed companies.
