Hai Nguyen is a visionary businessman whose diverse expertise spans the realms of real estate, healthcare, and cutting-edge technology. With a foundation laid during his early years working in his family’s Quick Food Stores, Hai has evolved into a multifaceted entrepreneur. His journey began with a dental career specializing in periodontics, alongside a parallel foray into real estate development. Hai’s ventures include many successful projects such as the International Trade Center in Las Vegas, medical and dental complexes, retirement centers, and mixed-use developments.
Presently, Hai is directing the development of multimillion-dollar commercial and residential projects, harnessing green technology and alternative energy. His dedication to sustainability led to the founding of Zero Attacks, offering innovative energy solutions and cyber security services.
Despite his significant achievements, Hai remains actively engaged, owning and overseeing multiple real estate and development projects, from high-rise condominiums and mixed-use developments to student housing and commercial manufacturing initiatives.
Beyond his business engagements, Hai continues to practice periodontics while transitioning into retirement. Having recently retired from periodontics, His forward-thinking initiatives extend to providing broadband connectivity to rural communities and spearheading consulting services for businesses through Mainstreet Holding, LLC.

David Olowokere
COO
Dr. David Olowokere is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in the field of civil engineering, specializing in structural engineering and geotechnical engineering. He holds a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the State University of New York, Buffalo, and has demonstrated expertise in stability design and finite element analysis of structural steel columns.
With over 20 years of teaching experience, Dr. Olowokere has held prominent positions at various prestigious institutions, including Texas Southern University, where he currently serves as a Professor and Founding Chair of the Department of Engineering. He has also been a visiting associate professor at Wayne State University and has made significant contributions to the field through numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals.
In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Olowokere has a wealth of practical experience in the industry, having worked on a range of high-profile projects across the United States. Notably, he served as a Supervising Engineer and Vice President of International Operations at Loumos Group LLC, Houston, Texas, overseeing various critical initiatives.
His professional affiliations include membership in esteemed organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC). He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states, including Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Alabama.
Dr. Olowokere’s contributions extend beyond his academic and professional roles. He has demonstrated a commitment to education by securing funding for a peer-tutoring program and developing a course on Alternative Energy Technology. His work has had a lasting impact on the engineering community, and he continues to be recognized for his expertise and dedication to the field.
David Svec
CFO
David Svec is a seasoned professional with over fifteen years of experience in strategic business planning. As the Founder of Main Street Holdings, he is dedicated to offering financial guidance and implementing creative structuring solutions for both companies and high-net-worth individuals. At Embark Empire, Mr. Svec leads the business relations division, where he works closely with clients to help them achieve their objectives through the establishment of holding companies, family offices, and trusts. This collaborative effort involves coordination with attorneys, investment advisors, and tax professionals.
Having served as a Supervisory Principal at a prominent broker/dealer, David Svec also brings a wealth of expertise in leadership and management. He was a Covey Trainer, aligning with the philosophy of renowned author Stephen Covey, who emphasized the importance of prioritization and disciplined execution of ineffective leadership and management. As of 2024, Mr. Svec will be serving as the General Partner of the Heritage American Income Fund LP.
